Health & Safety at your mini golf course
You will need a Health & Safety Policy, Fire Risk Assessments (Indoor sites), Fire Extinguishers and policy for maintaining, Public consumption Risk Assessment (for group organisers), Risk Assessments for all aspects of the venue, staff welfare & facilities, First Aid facilities (and staff trained in first aid).
A big subject. Sub-divide into the launch, ongoing and promotions. We can advise on all aspects and budgets. You will particularly need a website and probably, social media interaction.
How many and when? Wages & salaries (one of your biggest costs) – important to plan carefully and get it right. Again, interviewing and recruitment is key.
This is vital to get right. Sloppy procedures, poor customer service and lack of basic cleaning and maintenance regimes will soon reflect in the tills. Conversely, the right person on the Golf sales reception can add markedly to your income. Training is what it’s all about and should never be side lined or skated over.
